Constitutional justice is considered an essential pillar for guaranteeing the supremacy of the constitution and the effective protection of fundamental rights in the various contexts of the contemporary Western world, which promotes a model of a constitutional and democratic state governed by the rule of law. This dossier, entitled “Comparative Constitutional Justice,” brings together thirteen studies that share a common thread: the need to rethink constitutional control institutions and techniques in the face of current challenges. The volume begins with a section of special contributions from renowned jurists. The dossier then includes a series of articles written by academics from various parts of Latin America, which offer interesting arguments that invite reflection on constitutional justice from a comparative perspective.
