All articles published in Chornancap Revista Jurídica are protected by national and international intellectual property rights. The authors, whose article is approved for publication, retain the copyright and assign to the journal the right of first publication. Thus:
- Authors retain their trademark and patent rights, as well as any process or procedure described in the article.
- Authors retain the right to share, copy, distribute, perform and publicly communicate the article published in Chornancap Revista Jurídica (e.g., place it in an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with the express acknowledgement of its first publication in Chornancap Revista Jurídica.
- Authors retain the right to make a subsequent publication of their work, to use the article or any part of it (for example: a compilation of their work, notes for conferences, thesis, or for a book), as long as they indicate the source of publication (authors of the work, journal, volume, number and date).
