Complaints and suggestions

The editorial team of Chornancap Revista Juridica, in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), will evaluate and make decisions in cases of complaints and claims within thirty (30) working days; if the complexity of the case so warrants, the deadline may be extended to conclude the procedure.

The complaint or claim must be clear and concise. In addition, data must be provided to demonstrate the lack of compliance with the ethical statement provided in the journal, complementary documentation must be attached as evidence to support the claim. The journal will reject complaints or claims that are outside its scope of competence and will avoid initiating investigations in cases of offensive, threatening or defamatory submissions.
