In the bibliographic references, only the authors cited in the text will be included. The DOI should be included for all bibliographic references that have one.

All proposals received, after analysis by the Editorial Team, will undergo a peer review process. This evaluation will be done through a "double-blind" system to ensure anonymity, with a minimum of two reviewers per work. Reviewers will have a period of 15 days to provide their opinion, which can be: (1) publishable without modifications, (2) publishable if suggested changes in form and/or content are made, and (3) not publishable.

For case (2), the originals will be returned to the author for necessary revisions, and the revised manuscript should be returned within 10 days for final evaluation.

For each volume and issue of the Chornancap Legal Journal of the Illustrious Bar Association of Lambayeque, a specific thematic dossier will be established, and submitted manuscripts should be related to this theme. However, the editorial board reserves the right to reject a work outright.

All received articles will be analyzed using the plagiarism prevention software Turnitin. This evaluation will be done before the peer review process. If a work shows signs of plagiarism, it will be returned to the authors and will not proceed to peer review. The maximum similarity percentage allowed is 20%.
